Our network of Viewbers is hand selected to offer you a service that exceeds expectations and represents our clients in a reliable, consistent and positive way. Viewbers are recruited in a comprehensive process designed to ensure anyone completing Viewber services is suitable to represent you in every service we provide. Only a minority of applicants make the grade. They are then regularly checked following feedback after jobs.

Initially a Viewber must complete the following:

The applicant completes an application form with questions to ascertain previous experience and suitability to provide viewings, inspections and more to the property industry
The answers to these questions are reviewed by our Membership Team. If they meet our high standard, they are accepted to the next stage
The next stage involves the applicant completing three mandatory modules from our Training Academy. The Foundation Module provides them with property knowledge; The Safeguarding Module provides them with tools to identify vulnerable people who may be at risk; The Diversity and Inclusion Module provides them with an understanding of our high expectations of acceptable behaviour on equality
Each applicant then carries out a one-way video interview. They are provided with pre-set questions they have to answer to test their knowledge from the Academy Module. We expect them to, provide clear and intelligible answers, be smartly dressed and show a friendly, personable style

We want them to show enthusiasm when telling us why they want to become a Viewber

Conflict of Interest

They do not have any conflicts of interest that could impact their approach as a Viewber

Lone Working

They are comfortable when working alone and understand the importance of safety and security for themselves and those at each property they attend.

Friendly & Personable

They can be trusted to present a polite, courteous attitude when representing the range of clients we work with

Effectively Communicate

They are able to effectively use communication and technology tools required to complete the service

Appearance

They will dress appropriately and present themselves in a professional manner

Identity and DBS Checks

Identity and DBS Checks

The next step is ensuring they provide important and essential documentation.

Applicants are required to provide important and essential documentation such as a proof of address and photo ID, for security purposes. Our checks go above and beyond what is typically processed in the property sector.

Viewber Members require an up-to-date DBS check, refreshed every three years.

Viewber Members provide a head and shoulders photograph so booking Clients know who to expect at appointments.Clients can confirm a Viewber Members identity by requesting to see their virtual ID within our Viewber Member App on arrival at a property or a key collection/drop-off location.

The beginning for a new Viewber

Once Viewber Membership is approved, further modules are provided in our innovative Viewber Academy that aims to upskill and test their knowledge/ability to provide additional services such as Fire Door Checks, Floor Plan Creation, Photography and 360 Tours.
