Who We Are

An estate agent for 37 years and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Ed spent 22 years at Douglas & Gordon before conceiving the Viewber concept with his wife Jamie, also in the Industry, who runs the Public Relations team for a global real estate company. A high-profile industry figure and commentator, Ed has been a regular contributor to a wide range of consumer and industry publications including the Times, Telegraph, Financial Times, Estate Gazette, Property Industry Eye etc. and has fronted two BBC TV series. As the founding director of Viewber, Ed assumes the lead role in all new business development. He maintains his industry profile through continued contributions to the media and his independent advisory.

Kate is responsible for driving our operational, people and culture strategies. Prior to joining Viewber in 2017, Kate’s career was primarily within the property industry, both in frontline estate and letting agency and within the supplier’s arena. She has held appointments within G4S Plc and a subsidiary of First American Corporation, where she gained extensive experience in developing new and niche services utilising the gig economy. Kate was awarded Chartered Manager status from the Chartered Management Institute in March 2022. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is a member of the d&i Leaders Club.   

Marcus co-founded Viewber with Ed, using an entrepreneurial business background to test, launch and evolve the concept through the use of modern off the shelf IT products. An engineer by degree, Marcus has worked for, founded and funded a series of start up and early stage businesses. Having started his career as an RAF pilot, he then spent 5 years with the General Electric Company. Marcus has developed and currently oversees the operational, technical and financial functions within Viewber. He has consistently used other sharing economy techniques to guide Viewber’s ongoing development.

Richard was a founder of Project Telecom which was sold to Vodafone for £165m. He also founded Octium which he successfully exited in 2012. Richard is the Chairman to a number of early-stage software companies and a consultant to a number of VC funds.

Elizabeth spent 20 years as a corporate lawyer at Slaughter and May, and has worked with Viewber since 2016. She also sits on the boards of Interserve Group Ltd and Clarion Housing Association. Previous property related NED roles include Great Portland Estates and residential property manager, HML Holdings.

With 35 years in property, Peter spent 20 years at Foxtons, the last 7 as MD and was a driving force in its success. In 2005, Peter bought Marsh & Parsons, a sleepy ‘heritage’ Agency which he rapidly grew and sold to LSL PLC in 2011 for £53 million. He left M&P in 2016.

Enzo is our CTO, leading from the front the development and delivery of the Viewber platform. Enzo is a dedicated IT professional with several years of experience on his back. An engineer by degree, he has lead the delivery and support of key applications at Maersk in Copenhagen and co-founded his own tech startup in London.

Sophie is our Finance Manager. Sophie started her working career in Estate Agency, leaving after heading up the sales team for a West London Office. She then went into finance where she has specialised in small company start-ups. Sophie joined Viewber in 2016 and oversees our finance department, bringing together her two previous careers.

Natalie joined Viewber in 2017 and has over 15 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales and Customer Service. She holds a CertIHR qualification and has a broad knowledge of Recruitment. She is passionate about promoting our Employer Brand and being an advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Natalie, the Head of Learning and Development at Viewber, brings over 15 years of coaching and management experience to her role. With a strong background in customer service, performance management, and leadership, she has gained valuable expertise both in the UK and overseas. Natalie is currently studying for her CMGR (Certified Manager) status, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development. As a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Natalie prioritises the well-being of employees and a supportive work environment.

Kajal heads the Operations Department at Viewber and is responsible for all Stakeholder Complaints and Feedback to clients. Prior to joining Viewber, she has 16 years of experience in Service Operations and Stakeholder Management working in the Healthcare and Insurance domain, dealing with global clients across India, United States and the Philippines. She is a certified SixSigma Quality practitioner and Project Management Professional (PMI).

Chris’s background stems from the finance industry, which lead into the Residential and Commercial property sector in South Africa. Chris was a Partner in a successful Residential Estate Agency and Business Broking Franchise.

In 2018, Chris emigrated from South Africa and took up a position at Viewber as an Account Manager and progressed to Head of Sales. The role includes oversight of the BD Sales function at Viewber, working closely with a team of Account Executives, to plan and implement sales strategy, achieve new customer growth, and report back to the Executive Team.

Michael is our Head of Product and has held multiple leadership roles within Viewber since joining in 2018. Prior to joining Viewber, Michael’s career was primarily within the property industry, working for a busy high street estate agency in London, handling residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management. Michael also has vast experience in customer-facing roles, helping to launch a new concession within Harrods and contributing to the growth of a North London Estate Agency, with multiple branch openings over a ten year span. Michael plays a key part in product development here at Viewber, overlooking every phase from product planning to launch and beyond.
